An Cafe NYAPPY GO AROUND THE WORLD IV ~kawaii Cafekko AISHITERU in Essen

Hello my nyappy mauw-mauws, o(≧∀≦)o

all good things come in threes: Last friday I went to An Cafe's concert in Essen. I've seen them twice before (2009 in Cologne and 2012 in Dortmund) and the concert was gorgeous again.
I was so busy in the week before the concert and so it came that I had to assemble my outfit quite impulsively. >__>
In front of the concert hall then, Kuraude, Don and I met up with PrincessTenko.

Kuraude, I and PrincessTenko <3
One thing which was a bit strange was that some "fans" tried to hand out leaflet with numbers which should arrange who could enter the concert hall first. What a mix-up. It was pretty chaotic and besides this was nothing official arranged by the promoter so most of us other fans ignored them. X'D
The concert started at 7.30h pm and we were pretty lucky because we stood in the 3rd-5th row. During the beginning of the concert we stood nearby Kanon but with time we were pushed more towards Miku. Poor Miku, he had some health problems and so I read that he didn't attended the VIP Meeting which was a few hours before the concert started but luckily he could recover and he and his mates did a great gig that evening, even though poor Miku looked a bit pale. I have a lot of respect for Miku's performance!

(C) An Cafe - Can you spot me? Im screaming like Im going to die XD

Besides their newer singles "Itai Onna" and "ROMAN - Lets make precious love" they played also some classics like "Tekesuta Kousen" and also "Cherry Saku Yuuki" and as bonus "My Heart Leaps for C". Time flew like nothing during the concert and An Cafe promised to come back again - and I will be there again, too! NYAPPY!!!

Usai in Japan 2013 - Pokemon Center

Hello my sweet mauw-mauws,

since the very beginning of the Pokemon hype, which began actually already almost 20 years ago, Im a huge fan of the whole series. Those Pokemon just way too cute to resist and the Pokemon games are still gorgeous and so it was crystal clear that we needed to visit a "Pokemon Center" during our stay in Japan. Those so called "Pokemon Center" are stores which are selling a lot of exclusive Pokemon merchandise. In beforehand we planned to visit only the store in Tokyo but we ended up in visiting in total four different Pokemon Center in Japan and Im happy that we did so because each store offers (partly) another wide of range.

On day 3 of our journey we visited the Pokemon Center Tokyo:
Shiodome Shibarikyu Building 2F 1-2-3 Kaigan,
Minato-ku, Tokyo

Unfortunately it wasn't allowed to take photos of inside the store and so we could took only pictures outside:

Piplup, Pikachu and Charmander - the mascots of the Pokemon Center in Tokyo.
Each Pokemon Center got other mascots and the Tokyo mascots are my TOP 3 absolute fave Pokemons! If Pokemon only were real.. ~ <3

floor guide -  once you reached the building you can't miss the store anymore!

on the 2nd floor this giant Pikachu welcomes you!
We (Mochi, Kuraude and me) bought a lot of things there, I bought f. e. a plushie of Axew (lucky that I did that  - I'd not seen this plushie in any other Pokemon Center again O__O) and a very cute Pokemon bag with the "Eevee and Friends"-theme which was my faithful attendant for the rest of the journey to come.

Three days later we visited the Pokemon Center in Nagoya and that actually only because it was really nearby our hotel. Unlike the one in Tokyo, the Pokemon Center in Nagoya isn't a "own" store, it was more like a big department of the children's ward of the Matsuzakaya shooping mall:

adress:
Matsuzakaya Main Building 5F
3-16-1, Sakae, Naka-ku,
Nagoya-shi

Here it was also not allowed to take photos inside the store. We went to this place twice and Mochi felt in love with a big golden Magikarp plushie. In the end he decided not to buy it (yet) because it was too big to carry with and we besides we thought that we will find this Magikarp in an other Pokemon Center again - what a mistake.

Four days later it was already time to visit another Pokemon Center: Osaka! Actually none of us Pokemon-fans made the suggestions to do so - it was Don's offer! Poor Don, he isn't interested in Pokemon at all and so it must have been really boring watching us shopping.

The Pokemon Center was once again more like a big department than an own store and is located in a big shopping building:
Daimaru Umeda Store 13F
3-1-1, Umeda, Kita-ku,
Osaka-shi, 530-8202

The shopping building offers a parking place right under the building. You have to pay attention which elevator you chose because not every elevator stops at F13!

a sort of cooking show had been also held on F13
In Osaka it was allowed to take photos of inside the Pokemon Center \(^O^)/ ~ enjoy (click to enlarge):

stationery and pens of my favourite theme: Happy Party Time - Eevee & Friends!

drinks and sweets

plushies as far as the eye can see

bags

supplies for Nintendo (3)DS and other electronic devices

Pikachu, Meowth and Tepig are the mascots of Pokemon Center Osaka
In the Pokemon Center they play only Pokemon songs and the one we listened to in Osaka was so lovely, it was the CD with Eevee and Pikachu on the cover .. I regret didn't buying the CD p__q

even Zekrom needs affection

Coin-machine - a great souvenir
On the 15th floor a sort of Pokemon summer festival took place. The whole area was decorated with Pokemon and by finshing several activities you could get special prices. We didn't participated in this festival because it was clearly made for childrens. ^__^6

Loaded with (again) a lot of merchandise we left the Pokemon Center in Osaka and then just to visit the Pokemon Center in Yokoma only two days later:

The Pokemon Center Yokohama is finally a real store again and is located in Landmark Plaza shopping mall:
Landmark Plaza 4F,
2-2-1 Minato Mirai Nishi ku,
Yokohama, 220-8172

We stayed only a few hours in Yokohama to make a break from our long drive from Kyoto back to Tokyo. The store in Yokohama had strangely a lot of merchandise we did not have seen it the other three stores yet so it was a great deal that we could stop here.

Back in germany, I really miss the Pokemon Center. We really should have such a store in europe, too. I simply love the japanese passion for detail and I suggest every Pokemon-fan to visit at least one store. You won't regret it. ^O^

My Cosplays - 9th - Pikachu of Pokemon

Hello my lovely mauw-mauws,

just want to keep the "My Cosplays"-series alive so here comes my 9th Cosplay: Pikachu.
It is a really simple and modest Cosplay which has been created within 2 hours. So it isn't a Cosplay of which I am really proud at XD

Pikachu Cosplay – Profile:
Cosplay No.:9
Created in: 2012
Costs: about 15€
Hours to make: 2h
Weared at: Pokemon Days 2012, Gamescom 2013

Why do I wanted to cosplay Pikachu?
Time had come to do another Pokemon Cosplay. My secret aim is to create/to have each year a new Pokemon Cosplay and so Pikachu was my Pokemon Cosplay for 2014. ^__^

Any unforgettable experiences ?
Gamescom: As being Pikachu you're everybody's darling. I heard "Pikachu!", "Ah, look a Pikachu!", "Pikachu, I choose you!", "I love you, Pikachu" and so on about a billion times that day.

Pikachu is making plans... to conquer the world..

12th Aix-La-Chapelle Lolita Meet-Up

Hello my sweet mauw-mauws,

yeahh~ it was Lolita Meet-Up time again! Last saturday the 12th Aix-La-Chapelle Lolita Meet-Up took place. Of course, the rain was our friend again but we didn't let that drag us down. Besides that, I was delighted to see some new faces attending to our Meet-Up.

We first went into the Aachener Dom (Aachen Cathredal). The Aachen Cathredal and it's treasure chamber was in 1978 one of the first 12 items who make the entry into the "UNESCO World Heritage List" as the first german historical ensemble.

Entry is for free but you need to pay 1€ in order to be allowed taking photos. It is a bit tricky to take photos because it is a bit darkish inside.

PrincessTenko, Kuraude and me
After we had finished inspecting the Cathredale, we went over to the Aachener Domschatzkammer (Aachen Cathredal treasury) which is more or less next to the Cathredale. Here we had to pay admission fee (~3,80€) - but it's worth. Altough I was born in Aachen I had never seen the Schatzkammer/treasure chamber before so I was kinda exciting about the museum. The museums shows on an area about 600m² over a hundred artworks divided in five thematic groups:

We caused much attention here again and an employee of the treasury was probably one of our biggest fans that day:

He seems really impressed by us and informed us about an upcoming project and asked us whether he could stay in contact with us. We'll see what happens in the future.

Towards 3:00pm we hit the road towards Cuperella Cafe but made a stop to took another group photo in front of the Aachener Rathaus:

I was really hungry, but Im happy that we did a stop to take another group photo because outside, with that natural lightning, is was so much better taking photos than inside the cathredal. Thereafter, we finally reached the Cuperella:

I ordered my favourite Cupcake with Orea biscuit <3 such pure love~

Hello Kitty, of course, joined the Meet-Up, too.
Once we were all seated, we chatted a lot and enjoyed our Cupcakes - incredible, how happy you can be when you're pretty hungry and you satisfy hunger finally.
A bit later, another Lolita still joined our Meet-Up and we all were deep in conversations. Around 5:30pm we went back to central station and then splitted up. I, once again, enjoyed the Meet-Up and for me personally it was one of our best we had in Aachen so far. Thank you all for joining the Meet-Up and Im looking forward to see you again next time.
And now, in the meantime, I have to think about places we can visit during future Meet-Ups....
