3rd Aix-La-Chapelle Lolita Meet-Up

Hello my cute mauw-mauws,

yesterday we've met up in Juelich for the 3rd Aix-La-Chapelle Lolita Meet-Up. This time Rainyyuki undertake the organisation of the Meet-Up - thank you for this!

Meeting Point was the Juelicher train station at 14:30h. This time we were seven Lolitas - so we beat the record of our former Aix-La-Chapelle Meet-Ups. Furthermore, my boyfriend Don joined us for the whole Meet-Up and took this group picture of us Lolitas later on: ^___^

As you can might see, the weather was really shitty rainy.  Actually we wanted to visit the Brueckenkopfpark in Juelich but the weather had upset our plans... so we decided to visit a bakery/cafe in Juelichs city first.

The staff of the bakery was pretty nice. In the rest of the bakery sat almost only "older people" but they did not make a big attraction out of us - of course we were really flashy but we had our "privacy".

After we ate cake and drank cacao we decided to give the weather another try and went to the nearby park.

A few seconds after I had took this photo it began to rain again - like it was raining pitchforks! -__-
Lastly, we found some protection in an old Roman building.

As the rain stopped for a little time we explored the location and took finally a few photos, f. e. the group photo above and single photos of everyone:

Even though, the weather was bad I guess we had also fun. It was really a shame - I can not remember a Meet-Up where we had such a crappy weather.. I am convinced that, if the weather had been better that day, we had some really awesome photos taken.

I really hope that we will have better weather during the next meet-up. We already decided to visit the new Cupcake Cafe "Cuperella" in Aachen-City.

Well, nevertheless, thank you for the nice Meet-Up and I am really looking forward to the next one!! <3

After the Meet-Up, Kuraude went home with Don and me, because Kuraude and I wanted to watch the premier of "the Legend of Korra", the sequel of "Avatar: The last airbender" together. Thereafter we watched some old Pokemon episodes while Don was cooking delicious dinner for us ^____^ ~ yam yam

Gamescom 2012

Hello my lovely mauw-mauws,

last saturday Gia and I went to the Gamescom in Cologne.  >^___^>

I've visited the Gamescom in 2009 the last time and was pretty excited about the Gamescom now would like. Back then, I've visited the Gamescom in my Princess Peach Cosplay and it wasn't that great: I didn't had really the chance to play any new games but instead I had to pose for a lot of photos and anyway it wasn't that comfortable to go in Cosplay to europe's biggest gaming fair-trade. The Gamescom 2009 were pretty crowded and it was difficult to went from Hall "A" to "B" - even if you were not wearing a cosplay like I did that day.

Well, now in 2012 I've learned from my mistakes and so I decided to visit the Gamescom this time in "civil" so I can really enjoy playing new games:

We start out at 8:15h in the morning, we traveled by car to the Gamescom, at this point I would like to say "thank you" to our uncomplicated driver. Gia's and my first and main-destination also was of course Hall 7  -> the home of the WiiU during the Gamescom. Nintendo didn't take part of this years Gamescom, but luckily Ubisoft brought the WiiU for some of their new WiiU-Games with! ^___^

(Attention: many photos are waiting for you!!! ^O^)

Our "Mecca"

Isn't the Gamepad just amazing? It's pretty light and fits the hand well. We were so happy, lucky and maybe a bit overwhelmed as we hold the WiiU Gamepad for the first time in our hands (ja, you are right - we're crazy X'D)

Gia and I spent most of the time at the Ubisoft fair stand, which was better known as the "WiiU Lounge" and played WiiU. First of all, we played Sports Connection:

Durign the fair trade only the baseball mode was playable, the game offers f. e. also a soccer mode, race kart mode or american football mode.

Seems like the friendly Ubisoft-Staff had caught one of my rarely victorys in a photo ^O^6 - Baseball is just not my forte!

After that we visited the "neighbour" stand: Your Shape

"Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013" is a fitness game that should help you setting and achieving your fitness goals. Im not a big fan of such fitness games, but Your Shape really convinced me and Gia. We played it several times at the Gamescom - we were their regular guests.  We had the chance to play the Kickboxing-mode, the Dance-mode and the Yoga-mode:

We really had a lot of fun

dance dance
Yoga Mode:

Gia and another Ubisoft staff member. We really enjoyed chatting with her along

We played Rabbids Land, too, which was unfortunately a disappointment:

The gaming design looked pretty good gut the control with the WiiU GamePad didn't worked well and was pretty woolly. What a pity. =(

But we do not lose heart and went to the next WiiU Game Rayman Legends.
Here we had to wait longest, but gamergirls are of course prepared for such situations:

I hate waiting X'D
StreetPass Collector!

And then, finally, it was our turn for Rayman Legends:

We played a mode for 3-Players and each player had to use another controller:
I was using the WiiU Classic Controller, Gia was using the WiiU Gamepad and the 3rd player was using the Wii-Mote and Nunchuk.

The only WiiU Game I did not played was ZombiU. The waiting line with oridnary 3 hours was too long for me! I hate waiting lines! XD

On the one hand it is a shame that I didn't played but on the other hand I guess that my anticipation will be even greater! ^___^

After playing Rayman Legends we went outside to fill our tummys XD It was very hot outside, I was happy as we went inside again - the halls were all greatly air-conditioned. ^__^6

Due to the fact that we had already played almost all WiiU Games we decided to explore the other halls. At the SimCity fair stand we took a funny photo of us where it should look like we were falling to the ground:

Later on, R2D2 chased me, I didn't knew what he want from me, but a guy told me that he wanted my telephone number ='D
cute guy

My résumé:
I really enjoyed the whole Gamescom, it was more comfortable this time and I really had the chance to play new games and get "gimmicks" (bags, a t-shirt and zombie eyes) also. It was also great to share this day with Gia - it is long ago we went along together to such events. Im pretty sure that I will visit the next years Gamescom again, they already fixed the date for next year - well, given that I will be then back in germany. ^__^6
and last but not least my favourite photo of Gia and me this day:

<3
Thank you for the awesome day! =D

2. Royal Pony "Ponylicious" Lolita Meet-Up

Hello my lovely mauw-mauws,

last saturday I went to the 2nd Royal Pony Lolita Meet-Up in Duesseldorf. I wanted to visit the 1st Royal Pony Meet-Up, too, but I couldn't so I simply had to visit now the 2nd Meet-Up. About 50 (!!!) Lolitas registered for visiting this Meet-Up in advance, I guess in the end we were "only" 33 Lolitas - which is still a large crowd for Lolita Meet-Ups. ^__^

(ATTENTION: This posts contains a lot of photos ^__^ ;D)

First of all, we all Meet-Up at the Main Train Station in Duesseldorf around 12:00h and then we went to the Suedpark. There we started to picnic, luckily, because I was pretty hungry - travelling by train always makes me hungry.

After that, the two organizer Lolitas sent us on a "treasure hunt" through the Suedpark and we also had to answer specific Lolita Questions.
I was on Treasure Hunt together with Fraeulein_Elisabeth,  PrincessTenko, Susaricah, Prospera, DreamingTasuki and Rena-Rena.

yeah, we found the first hint ^O^

where now?!
on treasure hunt
where is the next hint?!
And a further hint

The treasure hunt maked fun and was tricky as well, they took effort in it and so I really have to say well done to the two.

Thereupon we had time for taking photos in the beautiful Suedpark. First I went with Prospera along and we're taking several pictures of us.

Let's go to Wonderland XD

nyan nya nya naaahaarn~

Later on Fraeulein-Elisabeth, Rena-Rena and PrincessTenko joined us again and we did further photos and chatted a lot. ^__^

As we went back to our picnic place we had to notice that more than the half of the Lolitas already left the Meet-Up - even the two "Organiser-Lolitas"!! Ö___Ö That was a real pity and it was only about 17:00h! Luckily, I was not only by my own - I guess I hadn't found the way back to the S-Bahn-Station. ^__^6

Prospera, Rena-Rena and I finally took the train way back to Aachen at 18:40h. I was pretty tired as we finally arrived the Main Station in Aachen at around 20:25h. U__U But it was although a nice Meet-Up - it is always nice to meet new people! <3

DreamV / Yumetenbo -Rakuten.co.jp- Review and How to Order - Guide

Hello my lovely mauw-mauws,

after a long time planning I finally ordered clothes at the DreamV/Yumetenbo - Store. I ordered via their webshop on Rakuten.co.jp at the 8th of July 2012 and received the package at Tuesday the 17th of July 2012. Didn't thought that I will receive my package that early. ^O^~
I am so lucky - I always wanted clothes like this, clothes you can wear everyday but looking beautiful! ♥♥
Because I was pretty uncertain about the quality of the clothes and the service I want to write a short review about my whole order to create a bit clearity for the westerns. =)
So, this beforehand: It isn't that complicated than you are thinking!

I guess the biggest deterrent when you're entering their website is the language problem. Rakuten.co.jp offers the option to switch the websites language into english but because they are working with an automatic translator, the translator generates a quite of weird (and also funny) sentences and words. But it serves the purpose.

Well, I've ordered the following clothes:
(I do not accept any responsibility for the external links below!)

weared:

  ♥

and weared:

(Sorry for the quite confused look - it was early in the morning before I had to go to my work-place as I took the photo XD)

What had I to pay for the whole order?

Well, I paid for this order,
9,880 Yen for the clothes theirselves
3,150 Yen for the EMS shipping
______
13,030 Yen is the totalsum which will be blocked at your creditcard first
+
30,48 EUR german Einfuhrumsatzsteuer

But Overall, I am really, really satisfied with my clothes, so I will order again at DreamV. It is for sure not the favourablest way to buy clothes, but DreamV(ision) clothes are simply LOVE to me! The payment and shipping was easy going too and I hadn't any problems.

But, how to order at DreamV/Yumetenbo via Rakuten.co.jp?!
Here's a quick guide for you, let's see:

1. Visit the store: Dream V Store (english)

2. Let's go to the Mall ♪ - It's SHOPPING TIME
Chose your favourite clothes!  ♥
IMPORTANT: Please notice the measurement tables at the bottom of the pages. The size charts may vary greatly! Size "S" in shirt A is not necessarily in other shirts size S, too. Take a look at the detailed measurement!
Because the size chart is in japanese characters written and will not be translated (because it is actually not a text but a picture) I translated common size-measurements for you here:

3. Your Shopping card
So, you'd found some nice clothes?
By clicking the red button "add to cart", below the table for chosing your size x color, you will be redirected to your actual "Shopping card", here you can proceed to the checkout also. To continue shopping you had to use the "return"-arrow of your internet browser.

4. Payment possibilites, Shipping, Review and Confirm your Order
Rakuten.co.jp only accepting a payment via CreditCard. If you do not having one, you can not order. If you are living outside Japan you also only have one shipping possibility: EMS.

The shipment costs are related to the costs of the products you want to order. You will see a detailed table of your shipment costs by clicking the "details"-link in the EMS row.
After that you will have the chance to review your order completely at the next page.
If you were not registered yet at rakuten.co.jp you can register during the checkout process. ^__^

5. Orderconfirmation and Tracking Number
A few minutes after forwarding your order you will receive several mails of rakuten.co.jp itself and Yumtenbo/DreamV also. You have to keep in mind, that Rakuten.co.jp is the japanese "amazon.com" and for this they do not have the clothes of DreamV in their warehouse. The whole shipping is DreamVs task. Should you have any problems, you should contact DreamV directly and not Rakuten.co.jp. As such, DreamV will also send you a trackingnumber for your ordered products. Now you have to wait patiently! ^__^
In my case, I received my package via DHL which had the advantage that I received the package pretty quick and comfortable at my door but on the other hand I guess I had to pay a bit more taxes for this service as if I had to went to my local customs. Unfortunately, in germany you can't control in which way you in the end wll receive your package. Maybe it's different in other countries than germany.

6. HAVE FUN ♪
Wear your ordered clothes and make a sight of yourself! ^O^

- end -

This guide is by far not that detailed, but I guess I figured some important things out. If you have any questions feel free to contact me, I will try to help you!

Thank you for reading, watching and/or commenting!
